We cut twelve shapes, and the ones below are the reason decorators come to us instead: castle structures, carousel kits, geometric tiers, cutout windows and ready-matched tier sets — all in dense EPS foam, cut to order in our own workshop in Webster, Florida.

The EPS foam blocks are manufactured in Lakeland, Florida and we collect them ourselves. Every piece is cut and finished in our own shop in Webster, Florida. No distributor, no overseas factory, no container wait — which is why an unlisted shape is still possible and why an order leaves in 1 to 2 business days rather than three weeks.
Why decorators buy foam instead of baking a display
A tiered display made from foam weighs under five pounds, does not sweat under lights, does not need refrigeration, and you keep it. Decorate it once for a bridal show and it works all season. Practise on it, rinse it under warm water, and practise again.
Why our foam costs more than the cheap stuff
Dense, fine-cell EPS with a closed surface — no visible beads, no pitting, no crumbling along the edges. On these shapes it matters more than on a plain round: a scalloped edge, a hexagon corner, an octagon face, a castle battlement and a cutout window are exactly where low-density foam tears.
