Why our foam costs more than the cheap stuff
We cut from dense, fine-cell EPS with a closed surface — no visible beads, no pitting, no crumbling along the edges. A scalloped edge is the hardest test of foam quality: cheap low-density foam tears and fuzzes on every curve, and the flaws sit right where the decoration goes.
