Castle Cake Dummies
Nine three-dimensional foam castle structures, cut to order in our own workshop in Florida. They arrive undecorated and flat-packed, so you decorate each component and assemble the castle exactly how you want it.
A castle is the hardest cake shape there is to build from scratch. Towers have to be plumb, arches have to be cut clean, and crenellations have to repeat evenly around a curve — and if any of that is off, no amount of fondant hides it. These are cut on a machine to matching tolerances so the structure is right before you start decorating.

Why this foam and not the cheap stuff
We cut from dense, fine-cell EPS with a closed surface — no visible beads, no pitting, no crumbling along the edges. Cheap low-density foam telegraphs its bead structure through fondant and tears at every cut detail, which on a castle means the battlements, the arches and the tower seams: precisely the parts people look at.
They ship flat
Components ship separated. Nothing snaps in transit, you can decorate each piece before it goes on the structure, and you assemble with wooden skewers or dowels and a little royal icing.
Common questions
Can I decorate these like a real cake? Yes. Fondant, buttercream, royal icing, ganache, paint and airbrush all behave the same on foam.
Can I combine one with real cake? Yes, with a food-safe barrier between the foam and anything edible.
Are they reusable? Indefinitely, if kept dry. Rinse the icing off, let it dry, decorate again.
