If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Cake Dummy Foam will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
