Made in the USA, and we can tell you exactly where
Most cake dummies sold online are imported. Ours are not, and the supply chain is short enough to name every step:
- The EPS foam blocks are made in Lakeland, Florida. We collect them ourselves.
- The coroplast sheet for our cake boards is manufactured in Georgia.
- Every piece is cut and finished in our own shop in Webster, Florida. No distributor, no overseas factory, no container wait.
That is why a custom size costs the same to make as a catalogue size, why we can cut a shape that is not listed, and why an order leaves in 1 to 2 business days instead of three weeks. For a bakery that needs a specific size for a specific event date, domestic production is not a slogan — it is the difference between having it and not.

Shapes nobody else stocks
Most foam suppliers carry round and square, and a few carry hexagon, heart and petal. Three categories in our catalogue have no equivalent anywhere else in the United States:
- Number cake dummies — every number from 0 to 100, digits 14 inches tall
- Castle structures — nine three-dimensional foam castles from a 3-piece tower set to a 7-tower castle 30 inches tall
- Carousel kits — canopy, column and base kits in five rooflines
If a customer asks a bakery for a number cake or a castle cake, this is where the structure comes from.
Why buy from a manufacturer
We have been cutting foam cake dummies for over five years. There is no distributor between you and the saw, which is why custom sizes cost the same to make as catalogue sizes and why a shape that is not listed is still possible.
The foam is dense, fine-cell EPS with a closed surface — no visible beads, no pitting, no crumbling along the edges. On a bulk order that matters more than on a single piece: every dummy in the batch is cut from the same block, so a 50-piece order arrives consistent rather than assorted.
Cake boards are coroplast, not cardboard
Our cake boards are 4mm coroplast — corrugated polypropylene. A cardboard board is disposable by design: butter and oil soak through within an hour and the white face goes grey under the cake. Coroplast absorbs nothing, wipes clean, and the same board carries a dozen cakes instead of one. For a bakery buying 25 at a time, that changes the cost per use entirely.
Lead time on large orders
Stock sizes leave the workshop in 1 to 2 business days regardless of quantity. Orders above roughly 100 pieces, or any custom shape in volume, may take 3 to 5 business days — tell us your event date and we will confirm before you pay.
Shipping on bulk orders
Foam is priced by volume, not weight, so a large order travels in several boxes rather than one oversized carton — that is cheaper for you, not a mistake. Free US shipping applies from $79 on standard sizes. Pieces 18 inches and larger ship at their own calculated rate.
We also ship to Canada. US-made foam qualifies as CUSMA-originating and enters duty free.
