Shipping Policy
Everything we sell is cut to order in our own shop in Webster, Florida, and shipped from there.
Processing time
Orders leave our shop within 1–2 business days. We cut, pack and hand off to the carrier ourselves — there is no third-party warehouse in between. If you need something by a specific date, contact us before you order and we will confirm whether it is doable.
Shipping rates — United States
Rates are flat by region and calculated automatically at checkout from your delivery address.

Transit times are carrier estimates and begin after your order ships. They do not include our 1–2 day processing time.
Free shipping
Orders of $79 or more ship free within the United States — on standard sizes. Standard sizes are 4 to 16 inches, which is the large majority of what we make.
One important exception
If your order contains any oversized piece — generally 18 inches or larger — free shipping does not apply to that order. Not to the oversized piece, and not to the standard pieces alongside it. The whole order ships at its calculated rate.
Here is the reason. Foam weighs almost nothing but takes up an enormous amount of space, and carriers bill by volume, not weight. A single 20-inch dummy cannot fit in a box small enough to avoid dimensional-weight pricing, and it ships in its own carton at three to five times the cost of a standard piece.
If you want free shipping on your standard sizes, place the oversized piece as a separate order. Two orders will often cost you less than one mixed order. We would rather tell you that up front than have you find out at checkout.
Your exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay. There are no surprise charges after the fact.
Multiple boxes
Larger orders may arrive in more than one box, sometimes on different days. This is intentional, not an error — splitting foam across smaller boxes is significantly cheaper than one oversized carton, and we pass that saving on rather than padding the rate.
Shipping to Canada
We ship to Canada. Rates are calculated live at checkout by USPS or DHL Express. Because our foam is manufactured in the United States, it qualifies as originating goods under CUSMA and enters Canada duty-free. You may still owe GST/HST and any brokerage fee charged by the carrier. Free shipping does not apply to Canadian orders.
Local pickup — Central Florida
We are not a retail store, but if you are local and would rather pick up than ship, contact us before ordering and we will arrange it.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created. If your tracking has not updated after two business days, write to us and we will chase it.
Damaged or lost shipments
Foam is durable but not indestructible. If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the box and the contents and contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will replace the damaged pieces. If tracking shows delivered and you did not receive the package, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it, but the second shipping charge is the customer's responsibility.
