Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders placed before 2:00pm EST Monday–Friday will be processed for shipping that same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm EST will be processed for shipping on the next business day. Orders are shipped out every business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

If you have a rush order, you may select expedited shipping from the shipping options at checkout. If you need to make a change to an order you have already placed, you must call us at (321) 655-9329 before 2:00pm EST (Monday–Friday) and leave a message with a staff member. Once orders are packed and dropped off, we can no longer make any changes to your order.

Shipping

You may select a shipping option during checkout. We offer ground/standard shipping, 2 or 3 day select, and expedited/next day shipping. Please note the estimated delivery date for UPS Ground & USPS Priority that is displayed at checkout is only an estimate and is not guaranteed.

USPS Express, UPS Overnight, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Air are the only options guaranteed by the delivery date. All shipping options will come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order is processed.

If you have received your tracking number, that means your package was dropped off with the carrier. Sometimes the carrier takes extra time to scan your package, and until they scan it, the tracking won't be updated in the system. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours to see an updated tracking history.
