Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your delivery was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@thinkinstore.com. Include your order number, your contact information, pictures of the outside of the box, and pictures of the damaged items that are unusable. Please allow 24 hours to receive a response.

Once we create a claim with the shipping company, we will reship you new items to replace any damaged goods.
