Why go tall
Tall tiers are the look behind modern drip, geometric and statement cakes. A real 8 or 10 inch tall tier takes pounds of batter, a long bake and a lot of support. A foam tier gives you the same height at a fraction of the weight, never spoils, and can be covered, rinsed and covered again.
How tall is tall
Most standard tiers are 4 inches high. Everything in this collection is 6 inches or taller, up to 10 inches, in single-tier shapes from 4" to 22" across. A 6 inch tall tier gives a clean modern profile, 8 inches reads as a statement piece, and 10 inches is the height of a tall stacked tower on its own.
Building a tall cake

Every piece is cut to order in our own workshop in Webster, Florida from dense EPS Styrofoam, so a height that is not listed is still possible. Send us the diameter and height through our custom shapes page. No minimum order.
