Cake Decorating Practice Dummies

Practice fondant, buttercream, piping, lettering and stacking on a reusable foam dummy instead of a real cake. A foam tier costs far less than baking, does not spoil, and can be covered, wiped and covered again.

Where to start

New to decorating? Start with the Practice Set (6", 8" and 10" tiers) or a single 6" or 8" round. Want to rehearse a full design? The Bakery Starter Kit gives you five graduated tiers to stack and plan a tower before the real thing.

Common practice sizes
